Pass our checks, or you do not pay
Every design is tested before delivery. We import it into a real WordPress site, check for errors, test text contrast and screenshot it at three screen sizes.
If a design fails: the Studio fixes and retests it automatically, up to three attempts. If it still fails, the job stops, you are not charged and any design credit is returned.
If a design passes but misses the mark: tell us what is off. We will rebuild it once at no charge.
What the guarantee does not cover: results from your site such as traffic, leads or sales; changes you make in WordPress after install; copy you add yourself.
